1. Extract the contents to the folder.
2. Go to the folder and click SETUP
3. And finally go to C:\Cygnus\B19 and right click edit
cygnus.bat there before "bash" type
cd ..
cd ..
/*
That will make sygnus to start at c: directory rather then at C:\Cygnus\B19. */
save changes and you are ready to go.
